Over the years studies have shown that we as parents have the ability to help develop our baby's vision, eye tracking, attention span & brain quicker by using high contrasting colour and images (like our cards).
This 0-6 month collection is perfect from birth as newborn baby's photoreceptors aren't fully developed until they’re a little older, which means they can only see a maximum of 12 inches away and colours are very blurry to them. Black & white are the first shades your baby will see and focus on, so the clear contrasting and simple silhouette images on our flash cards are help develop their attention span, tracking ability and their brain and eyes in general. As your baby begins to age slightly you will notice they begin to pay more interest in coloured objects, which is exactly why we created our 3+ month collection. They have similar animals, fruits, patterns and objects as the 0-6 month collection, just livened up with super bright, high contrasting colours to help develop your baby's brain and eyes further, through games and playtime.

We aim to ship orders using our couriers Royal Mail and Yodel from our UK warehouse as reasonably possible (usually within 24 hours of receiving the order).
Our postage and packing charges are as follows:
- 48 hr tracked delivery (2-4 working days) - £3.90 (for order total below £35)
- 24 hr tracked delivery (1-3 working days) - £4.90 (for order total below £35)
- FREE (for order total above £35)
YOUR DELIVERY DETAILS
- We contract with a number of delivery partners with whom we share your personal data that you provided us on registration. We refer you to our Privacy and Cookie Policy which sets what we do with your personal data.
- Products are sent by post (except electronic items, such as e-books which are available for free download online). The costs of postal delivery will be as displayed to you on our website during checkout.
- We will dispatch the goods to you as reasonably possible (usually within 24 hours of receiving the order).
- If there is a shortfall or other error in your delivery, you must notify us of that shortfall or error within 14-days of the delivery. Our liability to you will be limited to making-up the shortfall or otherwise correcting the error in delivery.
- We may deliver the Products in instalments if they are not all available at the same time for delivery.
- If no one is available at your address to take delivery and the Products cannot be posted through your letterbox, please rearrange delivery with the delivery carrier. If a free re-delivery is not possible, then we may charge you a re-delivery fee to rearrange delivery.
- Occasionally our delivery to you may be affected by an act or event outside our control. If an event outside our control takes place that affects the performance of our obligations under our contract, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you and arrange a new delivery date with you after the event outside our control is over. Events “outside our control” include (but are not limited to) fire, strikes, flood, natural disaster, pandemic, epidemic and restrictions due to disease or infection control or public safety related restrictions.
DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE UK
At present, we do not sell our Products and services outside the UK. We will refuse to deliver the Products if you live outside the UK.
CANCELLATION / REFUND DUE TO INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS
It is your responsibility as the buyer to ensure you enter the delivery address correctly. If you decide to cancel your order or change your delivery address, then please write to us at support@educopoly.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so in case the Product has already been dispatched.
If it's too late to cancel your order, and the order does get returned back to us, we can then ship it out to the correct address or provide you with a full refund (please note, if the Products were returned to us due to an incorrect address and if you would like a refund, you will not be reimbursed for the shipping costs).
You agree that you have provided, and will continue to provide accurate, up to date, and complete information about yourself. We need this information to provide you with the products. It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct delivery details when they order. If you have entered the incorrect details when ordering and your order does not arrive due to that, you will be refunded your order value (minus shipping), on the condition that the postal service returns your undelivered order to the return address on the package.

The timeframe for delivery of Sensory Flash Card Bundle will depend on the shipping method you choose. We have several shipping options:
Standard 48 hr tracked delivery: 2-4 working days – £3.90
Express 24-hour tracked delivery: 1-2 working days – £4.90 (for orders under £35)
Free shipping is available on orders over £35.

Yes, you can track your order and estimate the delivery time on Educopoly. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Do you offer international shipping?
