We are a One Stop Shop selling educational Products related to Personal development, Parenting and Special Educational Needs & Disability (SEND) from the best brands – All in Once Place! Our Product range is carefully selected to support holistic personality development, covering topics such as: Growth Mindset, Mindfulness, Wellness, Spirituality, Life Skills, Brain Skills, Positive Parenting, Morals, Values and Sensory development……and more! What Age Group do your Products cater to?

Our Products are mainly for Children of all age groups. However, we also have a Products range for Adults, with a particular focus on Parenting and Personal Growth. We believe that growth-minded education needs to be holistic covering the entire family, based on our philosophy that happy and healed parents are well-equipped to raise happy, confident and emotionally-healed children!

Where can I buy the Products?

We are an Online Retailer and our Products can be bought on www.educopoly.com. Our Online Shop has a range of Products from a number of different reputed brands in the publishing industry!

Where can I find the download link for the Digital Products that I ordered?

An Order confirmation email will be sent at the email address you provided during checkout. Your Order confirmation email is sent to you as soon as your order is placed and contains the link to any digital Products resources that you have ordered. Please make sure to also check the Spam / Junk folder of your email account in case the email has been delivered there. In case of any issues, please email us at support@educopoly.com.

Are the Products safe for Children to use?

We only sell Products which are UKCA (UK Conformity Assessed) and CE (European conformity) safety tested, where this is required. This is a legal requirement for all toys and Products that are used by children to verify toy safety. For example, Flash Cards and Puzzles.

We only work with reputed brands who comply with these legal requirements around child safety testing, and you can be assured that the safety of your children is paramount for us!

My discount code did not arrive over email. What should I do?

If you subscribed to our Newsletters and emails but have not received your discount code, please check your spam or junk email folder, as it may have been filtered there. If you still cannot find it, you might want to try subscribing again using the form on our homepage or contact support@educopoly.com for help.

Do you offer products for Adults?

Our Products cater To Children Primarily But Also Include Options For Adults, As We Understand The Importance Of Every Family Member In Fostering A Growth-Oriented Environment!

The images in your Marketing emails do not display properly in my inbox. Why is this happening?

If the images in your email are not displaying, it could be due to a few reasons. Here are some steps you can try:

1. Check your email settings: Some email providers block images by default. Look for an option to "Display Images" or "Always Display Images from this Sender."

2. Try a different email client: Sometimes, switching to a different email client or app can help. If you are using a mobile app, try accessing your email through a web browser.

3. Clear your cache: If you're using a web browser, clearing your cache and cookies may resolve the issue.

If the problem persists, you may want to reach out to your email provider's support for further assistance.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally / to which countries do you deliver your Products?

Currently we only ship our Products within the United Kingdom. We do not sell our Products and services outside the UK. We will refuse to deliver the Products if you live outside the UK.
However, we plan to start shipping internationally in the foreseeable future. So please stay tuned!

What are your Shipping Costs?

We offer FREE shipping for all orders over £35.
We aim to ship orders using our couriers Royal Mail and Yodel from our UK warehouse as reasonably possible (usually within 24 hours of receiving the order). Our postage and packing charges are as follows:
- 48 hr tracked delivery (2-4 working days) - £3.99 (for order total below £35)
- 24 hr tracked delivery (1-3 working days) - £5.99 (for order total below £35)
- FREE (for order total above £35)
But, shipping costs could vary depending on Product weight, size, quantity ordered and location. The delivery costs will be calculated at checkout.

What should I do if I have not received my order?

You can track your order by entering your Order number on our Contact Us page (see Home page top bar). Alternatively, you can emailsupport@educopoly.com.

You can also track your order on our CHAT BOX by providing your Order number and email address.

Note: The Order number can be found on the confirmation
email you would have received from Educopoly when you placed your order with us.

How can I track my order?

What if I am not at home to accept the delivery?

Please ensure you are at home to accept the delivery. If no one is available at your address to take delivery and the Products cannot be posted through your letterbox, please rearrange delivery with the delivery carrier. If a free re-delivery is not possible, then we may charge you a re-delivery fee to rearrange delivery.

What should I do if there is a shortfall inthe delivery?

If there is a shortfall or other error in your delivery, you must notify us of that shortfall or error within 14-days of the delivery. Our liability to you will be limited to making-up the shortfall or otherwise correcting the error in delivery.

When will I receive the Products that I have ordered?

We will dispatch the goods to you as reasonably possible (usually within 24 hours of receiving the order). Your timing of receipt of the delivery will depend on your preferred Shipping method at checkout.

If you order before 2pm, the parcel should usually be delivered by the next working day, but if you order after 2pm it should reach you the day after next (if you select the Express 24-hour delivery service).

Returns & Cancellations

What is your Returns Policy?

You have 14 days to return the Products back to us. If the Product is in good condition and re-sellable, and sent back to us with the packaging intact, we will be happy to refund your money back to you. So, for example your order arrives on 1 July 2024. You may email us between 1 July and 14 July 2024 at support@educopoly.com with the subject header Cancel and your Order number informing us of your desire to cancel the Order and receive a full refund. You can do so by law up to 14 days from the date your order arrives i.e. in this example the last day to cancel for whatever reason will be 14 July 2024.
We will return your money subject to the following conditions:
• We receive the Goods in a condition in which we can re-sell them at full price, in new condition, with labels and packaging intact.
• You comply with our procedure for returns and refunds. We cannot return your money unless we know who sent them.
Please note that we do not cover the return postage and package costs unless it is for exceptional cases (see separate FAQ for further details on Shipping costs). For this reason, we recommend that when returning your Product, you choose the signed-for option. We cannot refund your item until we receive it back and have checked that it is in a good condition.

Do you cover the Shipping costs for Returning the Products back?

We will pay the costs of return if the Products are faulty or misdescribed; or if you are ending the contract because we have told you of an upcoming change to the Products or these terms, an error in pricing or description, a delay in delivery due to events outside our control or because you have a legal right to do so as a result of something we have done wrong.
In all other cases, you are responsible for the cost of returning the Products and we have no obligation to refund to you, your cost of re-packing and returning the Products.

Can I return Digital Products (e.g. eGifts /eBooks) after purchasing them?

Digital Products (including apps, digital software, eBooks, eGifts, MP3, etc.) cannot be exchanged or refunded. You shall bear the risk associated with the Digital Product once it is delivered. You may return a Digital Product at any time, up to 14 days from the day the transaction was made, prior to it being delivered. However, you understand that after the Digital Product is given electronically, you will no longer be able to cancel.

What is the Returns Procedure?

- You must tell us by email message to returns@educopoly.com that you would like to return Products, specifying exactly what Products and when purchased, and giving full details of the defect or other reason for return.

- We will then issue a Returns note to you. Please post the Products back to us, along with the Returns note at the specified address in the Returns note. If you send Products to us without a Returns note, we may not be able to identify sufficient details to enable us to attend to your complaint.

- If we agree that the Products are faulty, we will refund the cost of return carriage; and replace the Products as we choose.

What can I do if I accidentally entered an incorrect Delivery Address?

It is your responsibility as the buyer to ensure you enter the delivery address correctly. If you decide to cancel your order or change your delivery address, then please write to us at support@educopoly.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so in case the Product has already been dispatched. If it's too late to cancel your order, and the order does get returned back to us, we can then ship it out to the correct Delivery address or provide you with a full refund (please note, if the Products were returned to us due to an incorrect address and if you would like a refund, you will not be reimbursed for the Shipping costs).

What should I do if the Products are Faulty / Defective?

Please examine the Products received from us immediately when you receive them. If you do not tell us of any defect or problem within 30 days of receipt of the Products, we shall assume that you have accepted them.
In all circumstances beyond the 30 days we shall exercise our discretion when considering a refund. The procedure to return defective / faulty or damaged Products is as follows:
The Products must be returned to us within 30 days of you receiving and opening the Product.
Before you return the Products to us, please carefully re-read the instructions and check that you have assembled the Products in the form they were received by you.
Please follow the standard Returns procedure provided on our website which we will send to you as soon as you notify us that you wish to return any Products. We will return your money subject to the following conditions: we receive the Products with labels and packaging intact and you comply with our returns procedure. We cannot return your money unless we know who sent them, you tell us clearly what the fault is you complain about when it first became apparent, and other information to enable us to identify or reproduce it. If any defect is found, then we shall refund the full cost you have paid including the cost of returning the Products.
If you are a consumer, we are under a legal duty to supply Products that are in conformity with this contract. If we replace the Products, you have no additional claim against us either under this agreement or by statute or common law, in respect of the defect. If you wish to exercise your legal rights to reject Products you must post them back to us. We will pay the costs of postage or collection.
